A while a go I released made a tool to convert the nGUI based UI systems into Unity 4.6 UISystem. The tool was released ~ a week ago, but there were some technical issues. All solved (thanks Unity3d team); and the tool is out with it’s videos and downloadable. Get your version, and start migrating your awesome projects into Unity 4.6 or later.
